Notes

1. Please allow 1–2 cm discrepancies in measurements.
2. Please send us a message indicating your preferred color, or you will be sent a random color.
3. The pictures on your screen may not reflect the exact color of the item. We guarantee that the item is the same model shown in the pictures.

Warranty

1. The product is covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s limited warranty if it’s defective (not including items damaged or misused after receipt).
2. Defective items must be reported and returned within the warranty period (and in the original packaging, if possible). You must tell us what the defect is and give us your order number. We will not repair or replace items if the warranty is expired.
Placing an order on TheLadysDay.com – The store for Ladys Only indicates your agreement with all of the policies listed above.

Returns and refunds

1. If you would like to return your product, you must contact us within 7 days and return the package within 30 days of the date you received it. If the item is in your possession for more than 7 days, it is considered used and no refunds or replacements will be issued. The shipping costs for returns are split 50/50 between the buyer and seller.
2. All returned items must be returned in their original packaging, and buyers must provide us with the shipment tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your purchase order.
3. We will refund the full amount on receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging, with all components and accessories included, after both buyer and seller cancel the transaction on TheLadysDay.com – The store for Ladys Only. Alternatively, you may choose to be sent a replacement product.
4. We will bear all the shipping cost if the product(s) is (are) not as advertised.

Shipping and Returns

1. Worldwide shipping (excluding some countries and APO/FPO addresses)
2. Orders are processed quickly after the payment verification.
3. Your order address must match your shipping address.
4. The images shown are not the actual item and are for your reference only.
5. Transit time is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season.
6. If you have not received your shipment within 30 days of payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with an update.
7. Due to stock status and time differences, we will choose to ship your item from our first available warehouse for the fastest delivery.
